Seaweed T. Dog

This page is all about Seaweed, our adorable, shy Black Labrador/Catahoula Leopard Hound mix. She is 6 years old, I think. She is a Katrina Hurricane survivor dog and came all the way to Buffalo from Louisiana just to kick back with us in the relatively dry climes of Western New York!

When Seaweed first came to us she had a pretty rough coat and tough foot pads; the tough pads were prone to cracking and I think that's why she was always cutting her feet before. Now, after living with us for a while and eating nice food and getting lots of love, her coat is soft and shiny and her feet and pads have smoothed out. Now if only she would get over her crippling shyness!
